Secretary Benton's Memo of 11/08/07 Regarding Suspension of New Enrollment of Community Support Services
An
Open Letter to Consumers, Family Members, Advocates and Citizens:
Since
1964, Southeastern Regional Area Program has provided mental
health, developmental, and substance abuse services to children
and adults, making us one of the oldest public behavioral
health agencies in North Carolina. In the months ahead, in
harmony with the State Plan: Blueprint for Change, we will
transform ourselves from a service providing organization
to a management entity, and we want your help as we do this.
Whether
you have come to this site because you are looking for services,
looking for a job, or want information about becoming a member
of the Qualified Provider Network, we invite you to take the
time to read our Local Business Plan and to send us your thoughts
and ideas about how we can better serve our consumers and
the community at large.
During
this challenging period of change, you may be certain that
our Mission will remain steadfast.
