Our Access to Care Call Center processes screening, triage, and referral calls 24/7 365 daytime and after hours. Our LME ensures priority preference for substance abuse admission and treatment for injecting drug users and substance abuse pregnant women.

Since 1964, Southeastern Regional Area Program has provided mental health, developmental, and substance abuse services to children and adults, making us one of the oldest public behavioral health agencies in North Carolina. In the months ahead we will transform ourselves into a Managed Care Organization (MCO). During this period of change, you may be certain that our Mission will remain steadfast.
