Approve minutes from July 2003 meeting. Barry Graham,
Danny Wilson, carried.
Motion: Endorse YES and CTC remaining in
tact with the same management structure and being
spun off from the Area Program in order to provide
the least disruption in service delivery to consumers
and a smooth transition for employees. Lavern Oxendine,
Larry Pittman, carried.
Motion: Approve for use the employee
survey cover letter and the survey tool. Barry Graham,
Patricia McMillan, carried.
