| Southeastern Regional Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services is seeking a public or private not for profit provider with whom to partner for the purpose of applying for Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Community Act grant funds. Eligible applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- 3 year history of agency's operation
- Sound fiscal management (including an audit over the last 3 years)
- Documented experience in the delivery of substance abuse prevention programming
- Certified or Qualified Prevention Professional staff providing direct services
- Capability to follow guidelines of the state reimbursement system
- Organizational Capacity
- Capability to supply data requirement of RFA by 5:00 pm September 6, 2005
Preference will be given to the organizations with the most favorable combination of substance abuse prevention experience, financial stability, and the ability to provide services in Bladen, Columbus, Robeson, and Scotland counties.
