SRMH/DD/SAS provides leave of absence to eligible employees in accordance with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and applicable state laws. All employees requesting leave must provide verbal notice with an explanation of the reason(s) for the needed leave to their immediate supervisor, who will advise the Human Resources Department. Please see FMLA procedure and forms for additional details.
